Please note that due to the nature of the products, their customization and manual work on them, GAIRA does not guarantee the uniformity of each item, expressed in the texture of the type of fabrics used, the placement of stitches, labels and shades in the colors of embroidery floss.
The selections published on the site are intended to represent as accurately as possible the texture of the materials used and the colours of the individual items, however, the colours, their brightness and clarity will depend on your personal monitors, and in this sense Gaira cannot guarantee that they correspond to the actual and there will be no difference in shades of colours.
If the delivered items do not correspond to the ordered ones, or obvious defects or damages are noticed, please contact us immediately at the following email address: mygayra@gmail. com. The GAIRA team will do its best to correct the error, or provide a refund, or replace the items, in accordance with our returns policy.
You may return items purchased from GAIRA that have not been worn, used or damaged. In order to receive a refund, or a replacement, items must be retained and returned to GAIRA in perfect condition, with no indication of wear, use or damage, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, accompanied by the purchase documents (copy of original invoice and/or copy of receipt, together with the relevant goods receipt).
Returns and/or exchanges of purchased items are subject to the following conditions:
You should notify us of your intention to return or exchange a purchased item by sending a return or exchange request for a specific item to the email address provided: mygayra@gmail. com, within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of delivery.
Purchased items must be returned within 14 days from the date of the return request.
Returns, returns and/or exchanges of items outside these time limits will not be accepted.
Please note that the return of items is at your own risk and the risk of damage or loss is at your own expense until the item reaches GAIRA.
Please note that all direct costs for returning items are the responsibility of the consumer.
The value of all successfully returned items that meet the conditions for returning the items set out above will be refunded to the user’s account, after deducting any additional charges for taxes, duties, shipping fees paid by Gaira in connection with the receipt of the returned items, of which you will be expressly notified. Please note that this process may take up to 30 (thirty) days.
Please be aware that personalized items are non-returnable!
We advise you to choose your size carefully and look at the measurements in centimeters before ordering.
Many of our models are unisex and we have made sure to provide you with accurate sizing information so you can correctly choose the right one for you!
